It looks like a person lounging on a pool chair. I wish that was ‘me’.

the 3rd stroke almost makes the character seem like a question for example in : 什么 , What?

The character as a simple, basic question mark. Think of the small horizontal line at the top and the diagonal line below it as a stylized way to ask “What?” or “How?”
