Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund
字圆其说 was invited to present the project through the format of a skit performance at the 2024 Graduation Banquet in front of an audience including NYUSH and NYU leaderships, major donors, faculty, students, and families.
The two performers Rosanna Xiaoyan Zhou from China, also the graphic designer of the project, and Pitchakorn Siripakorn from Thailand performed to 100+ audience at the highlight of the banquet. The short play was created by Jing CHAI and Qian LIU based on stories of NYUSH students.
Each year, only 3 programs are recommended to perform at the banquet, and I Got One project stood out in this highly selective event with its core of interculturalism and NYU’s mission to nurture Global Citizens, which made it the perfect show on the graduate banquet stage.
