This character first seems to be slightly random, but if you look closer it could be easiest to remember by drawing inside to outside. First draw the bottom line, then the right line diagonally going to the right. Follow this by drawing the two left lines going diagonally to the left, which is similarly simple to remember as the right line as left goes left right goes right. Next draw a half box over the lines and finish the character with a small line at the top.
