How I memorize this character: walking radical on the left hand side of this character reminds me of the movement from one place to another, and movement from one place to another reminds me of transport.

Clouds(云)don’t transport themselves by walking(辶),but the idea of clouds walking as a form of transporation(meaning of the charecter),is odd enough that you may remember it!
