This character appears to be fairly complicated at first glance but if you break it down it becomes easier to reconstruct. First, note the speech particle on the left of the character. Then draw a capital “i” on the right. Draw a line starting from the middle right-side of the I and finish the character with the line going up from the bottom line on the left side of the I.
