silk is a delicate fabric and having it pulled TIGHT can make a person feel ANXIOUS or NERVOUS about it breaking

The bottom character is the same as 累 with the addition of two other character on top. When you’re 累 you also tend to be 紧(张).

two lines look like a frown eyebrows, and the radical silk in the bottom part looks like a face that is wrinkled because of how NERVOUS/UPTIGHT they are

This character reminds me of a zipper (silk radical) that is not closing because an item is too TIGHT, so one tries to use pins to try and hold the fabric together (upper part of character) to help close the zipper (Me whenever I pack my back to go back home)
