Next to the wood radical we see a building with 4 floors (if we take each straight horizontal line to be a division in the building). Maybe it’s made out of wood. and has two lights on top.

There is a wood radical and on top, we have 米饭的米 on the bottom, there is 女. We can memorize this character thinking that women used wood to cook rice in buildings. (might sound weird, but it is how we remember better)
