The second part of the character seems like a basic representation of a girl dancing ballet and usually little girls are more interested in that. Then, you can remember it talks about a younger girl.

The left radical looks like a female, because female typically have wider hips. The radical on the right looks like small tree still spreading it’s roots as if it was younger. Younger Sister, female.

the 女 make it clear its about a female and the 未 looks like a tree, so you can say she is still growing. so, younger sister.

The way I remember the meaning of this character is that the female character on the right is like the big sister holding the little sisters hand. The bottom part of the tree radical on the right looks like a skirt which can be worn by a little sister.

When comparing the character for older sister and younger sister, both have the female radical but the second component of the younger sister is branching/reaching out, youthful, whilst the older sister is closed and more composed.
