I imagine two people and one is extending his “hand” out to give money to the other. He’s paying!
Seems like me (left radical) throwing my credit card into machine to PAY.
For me it looks like a person is taking out some cash from an ATM to PAY for something.
I see this character as a person standing in front of a cashier’s desk and throwing money bills on the floor.
